Prior to Nolan Living, he was an executive with the O’Connor Group, a New York City-based real estate investment management company. Paul earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts from Swarthmore College. -

Prior to Nolan Living, Matt was a Senior Managing Director and a member of the investment committee at Edge Principal Advisors, a New York City-based real estate fund manager. At Edge, he oversaw the firm’s multifamily business. Earlier in his career, Matt was a member of the investment teams at GTIS Partners and Sterling Equities, and he began his career in the investment banking group at UBS.
