Our Story
Nolan Living, formerly known as Nolan Real Estate Services, was founded in 1982 by Ron Nolan as a brokerage and property management company. After a successful decade in real estate services, Paul Fingersh joined the team in 1993 and helped transform the company into an investment management business.
Over the last 30 years, Nolan Living expanded by identifying and acquiring investment opportunities that offered substantial growth and long-term value.
